Nichole Webb, MA, LPC, ALPS

Licensed Professional Counselor/Owner

I am a deeply sensitive seeker of wisdom.

For over the past 20 years, in my profession as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have been a holder of stories and a facilitator of great insights.

I collaborate with my clients to build emotional resilience, manage mood and anxiety issues, find inner peace and greater levels of self acceptance, as well as, improve their relationships. We do this by reparenting, healing old wounds and trauma as well as, soothing the nervous systems, which can be frayed by life experiences and overbusied existence. Our goal is to align with a new perspective and live a more fully engaged life.

Early in my career, I realized that talk therapy alone wasn’t going to be enough to bring about the transformations we were seeking. This realization, along with being an anxious, stressed, self-employed, wife and mother to two young daughters led me to the practices of yoga, mindfulness and expressive arts. Then...the fruits of my own inner transformation began to show up in the ways I was assisting others. I continue my inner discoveries and the way I show up with my clients continues to deepen and expand.

Interestingly my pursuit of expressive arts at The institute for Creative Mindfulness also led me to a passion for EMDR therapy for trauma, which was a professional game changer for me. I was trained in EMDR in 2017 and have been combining it (according to individual interests and needs) with yoga (I am also a certified yoga teacher), mindfulness and expressive arts ever since. I love seeing how client's perspectives change and then ultimately, how their lives change when they heal from previous wounds and traumas.

In addition to working with adults and couples, I lead support type groups and retreat-style yoga and mindfulness workshops as well as, consult and teach continuing education programs for other professionals.

Liz Fultz, MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

One thing I have learned through living life was that my setbacks were actually blessings in disguise because it was through those setbacks that I was forced to discover my own inner strength, develop resilience, competence and self-awareness. I am passionate about supporting others through whatever life throws at them as they journey to find out more about themselves and their own inner strength.

I am an enthusiastic educator and will take every opportunity to educate others in the topics that I am most passionate about such as the impact of trauma on development, the brain, and human functioning; brain-based parenting modalities, attachment theory and how the “body keeps the score”.

I have been trained extensively in Attachment Theory and apply this understanding to help others recognize how their attachment styles impact past and present relationships.

I have been using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with clients for over a decade and have seen amazing results. I understand how healing from the past often also requires paying attention to the memories stored in our bodies. This is why somatic work is so vital and why we do more than just talk therapy.

I would love to help you learn and grow from your past setbacks, trauma or current struggles. My goal is to help you see your challenges as they were truly meant to be seen: as the catalyst that transforms you into the truly unique, resilient and amazing person you were always meant to be!

Michaela Bays, MA, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

For over 10 years, I have devoted my time and shared space with many individuals on
their personal journeys in finding their own voice, rhythm, and self-compassion. Life is
fast-paced, and it is easy to inherit or build narratives about ourselves and our journeys
that do not allow us to embrace our true nature. Depression, stress, self-doubt,
unfulfillment, shame, trauma, negativity and regret can often serve as barriers in
becoming who we are truly meant to be. Many of us continue battling these struggles on
our own, when surrendering and sharing with another is the beginning path to freedom
and clarity.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents experiencing difficulties with trauma,
depression, anxiety, mood, motivation, stress, and life changes. I am clinically trained
and incorporate techniques informed by Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy, CBT, TF-CBT, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness- Based
Stress Reduction.
“Being cut off from our own natural self-compassion is one of the greatest impairments
we can suffer.”- Gabor Mate. If these words resonate with you, please feel free to
contact me for a free 15 min consultation. We all need a sacred place to unpack the
complexities of life. I would like to offer you space to center your truth, intuition, and self-
worth.
